Waterstone Medical Center offers floor plan design as well as construction management (General contracting with no markup on materials, or profit). Feel free to contact any of our tenants for references. Once moved in, we offer free in-house notary public service, accept or send your packages & mail. We also let authorized people into your office when requested.
The Waterstone Medical Center has plenty of near-by parking, both covered and opened. Mail is delivered usually by 10am with last pick-up at 3:30 pm.

We have various floor plans ranging from 500 RSF up to 5000 Contiguous RSF. If you rent OVER 3000 RSF, we will put your name on the University Square Pylon sign. Our build-out contribution, is based on length of the lease and broker involvement. Regardless of our contribution towards your space, we always give a voucher worth 1 month rent which can be used anytime over a period of 12 months.
We welcome brokers and are fully responsible for your brokers fees when the agents brings you to us. Most often, a broker will receive full commission since we are the property owners, not realtors.
Furthermore negotiations as well as management are directly through us. Waterstone Property Management is an owner as well as the manager of Waterstone Medical Center. Why is that critical? Decisions as well as complaints are resolved quicker since there is no 3rd party.
