About Willard House:

Waterstone Property Management recently took over management of Willard House Apartments, a 10 story, 100+ unit building with 2 elevators.

Willard House is named after Archibald MacNeal Willard (August 22, 1836 – October 11, 1918) an American painter who was born and raised in Bedford, Ohio. His most famous work is known as “The Spirit of ’76” (painted 1876).

Willard House Apartments is off of I-271 (2 – 3 minutes) (very near to I-480) exiting West on Rockside road.  The WHA is directly behind the Southeast corner of Meadowbrook Shopping Center (Rockside & Northfield intersection),  which is 2 miles from the Rockside Auto Mile.

The “WH” apartment is in a highly urban  area – Willard House surprisingly is set back in a rural environment.  Over half of the surrounding area around Willard House is woods.  You can walk to the grocery.

Each home has a boiler with thermostat control heating  it – at no additional cost to you!  Your home also has A/C to cool it while most of the units have a panoramic view.
